MARKET ENTRY STRATEGY

For my LXMT 745: Global Distribution for Luxury Brands course, I developed a market entry strategy to expand TheRealReal into Europe, proposing its first European brick-and-mortar retail store in Paris.

For my LXMT 730: The Art of Luxury course, I developed a 10-year brand augmentation strategy, outlining a long-term vision to guide the brand’s evolution, strengthen its positioning, and drive sustained growth.
